2. Products and fitment
We describe products as accurately as we can, but sizes, load and speed ratings, and fitment data come from manufacturers and distributors and can change. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a tire or wheel is correct for their vehicle before fitting. Product photographs are illustrative and may not show the exact sidewall marking or wheel finish supplied.
3. Pricing and availability

7. Warranties
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty as set out on our Warranty Information page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMD Tires gives no other warranty. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Safety notice
Tires and wheels are safety-critical. They must be fitted, balanced and torqued by a qualified technician, and inflated to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification. Never fit a tire with a load or speed rating below the original specification.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
11. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and layout belong to BMD Tires or its licensors. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify products only.
12. Governing law
