Shipping Policy

We ship tires and wheels across [[ SHIPPING REGIONS, e.g. the contiguous United States ]]. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed before [[ ORDER CUTOFF TIME, e.g. 2:00 PM ET ]] on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin the day after dispatch. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free shipping

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view live status at any time from My Account › Orders.

Multiple shipments

Tires frequently ship from the distribution centre closest to you. A four-tire order may therefore arrive in more than one delivery, sometimes on different days. You are never charged extra for a split shipment.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If a package shows visible damage, note it with the carrier before signing. Contact us within [[ X days ]] at [[ SUPPORT EMAIL ]] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable and refused parcels

Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at the door may be subject to [[ CONFIRM: return shipping costs and any restocking fee ]].
