Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
The product must include all original accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, installation, modification, or misuse
BMD Tires reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Electrical or electronic components
Special-order items
Custom-made products
Clearance or final-sale items
Used, mounted, or installed tires
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from BMD Tires.
Before returning any item, customers must contact us to obtain return instructions and approval.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender without refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received was defective
The incorrect item was shipped by BMD Tires
The product arrived damaged during shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. BMD Tires is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If a return does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be denied or partially reduced.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Do not install or use the item
Our support team will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Restocking Fees
Certain approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated during the return authorization process.
Shipping charges and handling fees may also be deducted from approved refunds where permitted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability and return eligibility.
Customers must contact BMD Tires before returning any item for exchange consideration.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Special-order and custom products may not be canceled after processing begins.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact BMD Tires first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
Limitation of Liability
BMD Tires is not responsible for:
Improper installation
Vehicle compatibility issues
Labor costs
Loss of use
Indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use
Customers are responsible for confirming fitment and compatibility before purchase.
